Air Conditioning Systems
Be prepared for heating and cooling seasons with a High Quality Heating & Air, Inc. Air Conditioning and Heating Planned Service Agreement.

Don’t wait until the heating or cooling season to find out that you have a system that does not work. Why operate your system if it needs repairs when doing so only causes major damage that inevitably results in higher energy costs and frequently an inoperative system causing you to spend, over time, dollars on emergency repairs?

As part of our Service Agreement, we will check out the following:

Check vent for proper draft (heating season).
Check combustion air (heating season).
Check gas/oil/air mixture (heating season).
Check for any gas or oil leaks.
Check for carbon monoxide leaks.
Check air filters (clean if permanent type).
Check operation of thermostat.
Check refrigeration operating pressures.
Check and adjust air grills.
Check outside unit air flow (cooling season).
Clean condenser unit.
Check both heating and cooling cycle.
Recommend repairs if needed.

REPAIR PRICING
After we have serviced your system, we will price any necessary repairs we find and get your approval before any further service is performed.

REPAIR COST
Repair cost is not included in the Service Agreement.

In addition to our performing a complete Diagnostic Inspection of your systems, you will get the following benefits during the time you are on our Service Agreement with us coming out to your home every 6 months.

Straight time rates on calls in by noon.
Twice a year scheduled service.

HVAC AGREEMENT
In addition to the above benefits, we will perform the following work to your Heating and Air Conditioning system during our annual inspection at “NO CHARGE.” This is included in our service agreement charge.

Install Algae treatment.
Clean Cooling Coil in place if needed.

NOTE: The following extra charges may apply at the time actual service is performed:
