A Homeowner’s Biggest Fear

Homeowners tend to feel pretty vulnerable when it comes to HVAC systems. Why? It’s like taking the car to a new mechanic. If you’re not a mechanic, they can rip you off with bogus repair work. The same applies to HVAC equipment. Your heating and air system is made up of many “pieces” that must work together in the correct manner for efficient, reliable comfort to happen. Many problems share the same symptoms, and it takes an experienced professional to troubleshoot accurately. When you call High Quality, your fears can be placed to the side. We do the job right, we back our work 100%, and we’re experts at stretching your hard earned dollars in the best possible way. We’re the Tallahassee air conditioner service company to call to have your AC fixed the right way the first time!

“…I decided to call High Quality to repair my unit. I was considering replacement of my unit but it was not needed at the time. I felt comfortable with my service because there was no high pressure sales pitch. Over the past year I have noticed that my power usage was going up and my unit was not cooling or heating as well as it had in the past. I called them back out to give me a price to change out the unit and when they gave me the price it was very reasonable. I had the new unit installed and have recently noticed that my power usage is not nearly as high as it had been AND my house now cools and heats better. I just want to let everybody know you will be in good hands with High Quality Heating and Air. They definitely do high quality work.” — Delbert Cruit

Ductless Mini-Splits

Ductless Mini-Splits

Ductless systems are simply the best way to bring comfort to a living or work area that doesn’t have ducting installed. We’re a Mitsubishi ductless installer due to the quality, warranty coverage and innovation that Mitsubishi builds into their systems. A single ductless heat pump (or air conditioner) can power multiple indoor air handlers, making mini-splits a solution for areas with more than one room. The indoor air handlers can be ceiling recessed or mounted on the wall. They are small and quiet. Want to find out more? Grab the phone and give us a call. We’re ready to enhance the quality of your indoor comfort.

The Foundation of Trane

The Foundation of Trane

Let us begin by saying the most important aspect of a home heating and air system is the initial design and installation. The quality of equipment is second to that actually. But guess what? We’re a Tallahassee air conditioner company who gives you the best of both! We do the work right, and we build on the foundation of quality equipment from Trane. Trane air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, furnaces and packaged systems are reliable and high performing. It means the investment you make in your comfort system will continue to deliver many years into the future.

Heat Pumps That Last

Heat Pumps That Last

Everyone knows what an air conditioner is, but some are a little confused when we say “heat pump.” And you know what? Rightly so. But once you understand how cooling works, the term heat pump does make a lot of sense. When we’re in the middle of a hot and humid Florida summer, air conditioners compress refrigerant (which chills it) and then “pump” the refrigerant inside to the indoor coil. Heat pumps do this too, but in the winter, they pull heat energy from the outside air to heat the refrigerant. This heated refrigerant is then pumped inside to the indoor coil. Hence the term heat pump. We sell exceptional heat pumps for efficient, reliable comfort.
